Last December, Rider Strong announced he was engaged to longtime girlfriend Alexandra Barreto, and yesterday (October 20) they finally got hitched at a summer camp in Oregon.
The “Boy Meets World” hunk told press on Friday that he was thrilled about the forthcoming nuptials, slated for the day after his former costar Danielle Fishel’s own blessed occasion.
Rider declared, “I’m incredibly lucky to be getting married to my best friend and partner-in-crime, Alexandra Barreto. It’s going to be a camp-themed weekend with everyone sleeping in bunks, a ropes course, games, a talent show … let’s hope it doesn’t rain too much.”
However, Strong’s choice of date made it impossible for some of his pals to attend- “Bad news … so I’m missing some of my ‘Boy Meets World’ family (that was my fault, [Danielle] chose the date first). On the bright side, after I mentioned my new favorite band, Typhoon, on Twitter, they offered to come play at our wedding! So grateful.”
