Unfortunately, many people feel uncomfortable in the networking process. They tend to feel unknown how to start, are too shy to attend events alone, don?t feel comfortable starting a conversation and don?t know how to maximize benefits of networking.
Recently, i?ve been using http://meetup.com to find business or entrepreneur related groups in my local area. I only went to one, but I managed to network with 2 people I intend to maintain a relationship with.
It sounds difficult, but when all of you are searching for business networking, it makes the process much easier.
